Challenge mind and body with an intensive circus fitness workout that will leave you energised and amazed at your own abilities. In a 90 minute session we’ll work on all the components of total fitness; from speed and agility to advanced stretching to improve your flexibility. Tailored to suit your current fitness level and your ultimate end goal sessions can include balance work on the floor, in the air, and on the tightrope, High Intensity Interval Training for cardiovascular fitness, and plenty of functional movement coaching. Whilst you’re learning new skills and movement patterns your strength and fitness will dramatically improve, and you’ll feel more centered in yourself and confident of your abilities.
