Learn how to make every training session a safe one — always. This workshop with Matt and Raquel cuts through the noise and gives you practical, body-smart tools to protect yourself in training, whether you’re just starting out or years into your practice.

Mission MASHable
Youth Workshops
Your mission, should you choose to accept it…
Three missions. One showdown. One unforgettable day. Agents will infiltrate the facility, rescue a fellow agent, and escape before time runs out — picking up the circus skills they need along the way. Work together, think fast, and prove your worth. This is agent training like nothing else.
Off the back of the raving success of our last youth party event, Mission MASH-able is here.
🕵️ Mission One: THE HEIST
The gold has been stolen. Take it back. Agents must work together to recover something precious taken from CircusMASH — navigate the air, outsmart the security system, and get it back before the vault closes.
🕵️ Mission Two: THE EXTRACTION
Someone is trapped. Only your team can get them out. A fellow agent is in danger, and this mission calls for teamwork, nerve and a rescue executed under pressure.
🕵️ Mission Three: THE ESCAPE
You’re in. Now get out. Classic escape-room energy — agents are locked in and must solve physical challenges as a group to unlock each stage and make it out before time runs out.
🏆 THE DEBRIEF: Showdown
Every mission has a price. Tonight we find out who paid it. The agency has called all agents back in — and intelligence gathered through the day has revealed that one agent went above and beyond. In this final debrief, each agent must prove their worth one last time in front of the full agency. The audience? Fellow agents. The prize? The title of Elite Agent — and £100.
Good to know:
Youth can book onto all sessions and are welcome to stay through break times. Those staying all day should bring lunch and snacks. If you’re staying for the evening Showdown, youth must be collected between the final workshop (5pm) and the show (6.30pm) so we can reset the room.

Circus workshops
Structured skill workshops
Our Circus Skill workshops are structured workshops for schools and small community groups. Workshops are led by two professional circus practitioners and each workshop can take up to 30 young people at once.
We teach a variety of skills including juggling, plate spinning, diabolo, poi, hula hooping, balance skills, pedal go’s. Everyone will have their own piece of kit and we play games, learn skills and most of all we build confidence.
Drop-in workshop stations
Our Circus Workshop Stations are drop in, pop-up stations that we set up for a period of time where anyone can drop in and out at any time to learn a skill. This generally works well in amongst other activity that is happening such as a festival or fete. If we are the only entertainment at your event, a structured skills workshop may be more suitable.
We teach a variety of skills including juggling, plate spinning, diabolo, poi, hula hooping, balance skills, pedal go’s. We also offer ‘Add Ons’ to our workshop if you would like to include aerial skills.
